Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing, production or team leadership experience.
• High School degree required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting work priorities, ambiguity, adversity and change

Responsibilities

• Educate, develop, and motivate a manufacturing work group to achieve production results.
• Ensure facilities and finished products meet quality, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Establish and sustain relationships to foster collaborative solutions.
• Provide business leadership aligned with plant objectives daily.
• Coach the team to deliver year-over-year results via continuous improvement.
• Serve as a technical resource for system operations and product requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional information exchange within the plant and corporate teams.
