Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 3rd shift (11pm - 7am) in Cincinnati, OH, to lead a production team and drive world‑class results. You'll apply Lean/TPM tools to coach, develop and coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards for quality, sanitation, and safety.

Strong communication and problem-solving are essential as you guide continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant manufacturing, production or team leadership experience.
High School degree required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting work priorities, ambiguity, adversity and change.
Strong conceptual skills and ability to implement change.
Sound analytical and business judgment including demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to plan, lead, and execute strategic initiatives in a complex environment.
Mature approach to challenging situations and environments.

Responsibilities

Educate, develop, and motivate a manufacturing work group to achieve required production results.
Ensure production facilities and finished products meet quality, sanitation, and safety standards.
Establish and sustain relationships to foster collaboration and innovative solutions.
Provide business leadership aligned with department and plant objectives daily.
Facilitate information exchange among work groups and cross-functional teams.
