Job summary

Skana Aluminum is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Manitowoc, WI. You will lead a production team, drive safety and quality, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to meet daily goals.

You will coach operators, troubleshoot on the floor, monitor workflow, and champion continuous improvement in a safe, efficient environment. ISO 9001/Lean exposure and ERP/MRP/CMMS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• ISO 9001 or Lean Manufacturing exposure.
• Experience with ERP, MRP or CMMS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire production team to meet daily goals.
• Monitor workflow and adjust to keep lines running smoothly.
• Coach, train, and develop operators into production rockstars.
• Troubleshoot issues on the production floor.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering to keep lines humming.
• Be the go-to for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Track performance and production records.
