ABEC in Springfield is seeking a proactive 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor who drives continuous improvement and operational excellence, keeping production on schedule and promoting a safe work environment.

You will oversee manufacturing, assembly, testing, and shipping of systems and related equipment, assign work for shop staff and team leads, and implement policies to improve methods and conditions. This role is part of a growing organization and supports a new facility expansion.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a key role in keeping production on schedule, promoting a safe work environment, and driving process improvements across operations.

Hours: M-Th: 3:25pm - 11:55pm and F: 1:15pm - 9:45pm
