You will oversee manufacturing, assembly, testing, and shipping of systems, coordinate shop staff, and implement policies to improve methods and processes in a biopharmaceutical setting.

• Oversee the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and shipping of systems and related equipment
• Assign and coordinate work for shop employees and team leads
• Implement policies and procedures while identifying opportunities to improve methods, equipment, operating processes, and workplace conditions
