This position is for Parker Hannifin's Composite Sealing Systems Division, located in San Diego (Otay Mesa), California. The standard work hours are from Monday through Friday from 2:00 am to 11:00 pm.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees all daily production operations for the second shift, ensuring that productivity, safety, and quality standards are consistently met while actively engaging in hands-on support. They are responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of material through the production cycle to meet customer demand. The Supervisor must be comfortable overseeing a diverse group of team members with limited additional leadership support. They facilitate clear and effective communication, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members through coaching, training, and constructive feedback to promote skill development and career growth. Additionally, they analyze operational data to make informed decisions, monitor key performance indicators, and utilize tracking systems to meet daily production goals.

SALARY INFORMATION:
Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $77,259 annually - $128,908 annually.
