Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift to coordinate production, prioritize safety and quality, and engage team members across the facility in Massillon, Ohio.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1+ year leadership in a food/feed environment or a HS Diploma with 2+ years leadership experience. Rotational program candidates will be considered and the position offers on-site work with potential weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of leadership in a Food/Feed manufacturing environment.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years leadership in a food/feed setting.
• Candidates from rotational Land O'Lakes programs (TAP/MMT/DMT) will be considered.
