This is a part-time role with flexible hours, where you can choose your schedule. Typical hours worked per week will usually be between 16-29 hours, but this may vary based on location. This flex role is for 2nd and/or 3rd shift hours only 3:00pm - 7:30am.In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product.
