Job summary

Our team adheres to stringent safety protocols and environmental stewardship standards.Under direction of the Area Manager, the **Formulation Lead** is responsible for assisting on all duties related to the safe, profitable, environmentally sound and efficient operations of assigned Cost Center(s).Duties include working with and training personnel to operate manufacturing and packaging equipment, as well as oversees all procedures involved in the production area. The Cost Center Lead ensures all employees follow all procedures, GMPs, Safety, and Quality plans, along with ensures all employees are productive and competent in their respective roles. Assist with production reports (batch sheets, non-conformities, check sheets, lot alerts, daily reports, etc.).
