Job summary

Land O’Lakes in Massillon, OH, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Purina Animal Nutrition business to lead 3rd-shift production coordination with a focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement through projects, engage employees, and collaborate with teams to resolve production issues and sustain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year leadership experience in a Food/Feed manufacturing environment or HS diploma/GED with 2+ years leadership experience in a food/Feed manufacturing environment.
• Candidates in Land O’ Lakes rotational programs (TAP/MMT/DMT) will be considered.

Manufacturing Supervisor, 3rd Shift

This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business helping our network of local cooperatives, independent dealers and other large retailers serve producers, and animal owners throughout the United States. Through industry -leading R&D and committed partnerships, we innovate the nutrition products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life.

Your focus would be coordinating production, taking the forefront in safety and quality, employee engagement and compliance with regulatory needs. SAFETY is our core value. You will work with other team members to resolve production issues and employee relations concerns.

Required Experience/Education:

• Bachelors degree and 1+ years of leadership experience in a Food/Feed manufacturing environment OR High School Diploma/GED and 2+ year leadership experience in a food/Feed manufacturing environment

• Candidates in the rotational Land O’ Lakes programs (TAP/MMT/DMT) will be considered

Salary: $70,800 - $106,200

In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges
