Amphenol CIT in Franklin, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead and develop the production team, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure week-over-week execution of the schedule while building capability for long-term value stream improvement.
The role requires strong leadership, experience with ERP/MRP and KPI dashboards, and ability to collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory goals.
Manufacturing Supervisor, 2nd Shift
Effectively lead, develop, and align the production team and manufacturing resources through enterprise systems, KPI management, and Lean tools to achieve operational excellence. The Supervisor is fully accountable for effective week-over-week execution of the production schedule while building the leadership and production capabilities required for sustained value stream improvement.
