Aerotek seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor – CNC Operations to lead the CNC department, drive production goals, and promote continuous improvement. You will schedule, mentor staff, ensure quality and safety, manage budget and inventory, and coordinate with leadership for reliable, on-time production.
Strong CNC experience, blueprint literacy, and ability to implement manufacturing best practices are required. This onsite role is based in Watertown, SD, with a comprehensive benefits package.
The Manufacturing Supervisor – CNC Operations provides hands-on leadership and direction for CNC department activities, ensuring production goals are met through effective scheduling, employee development, quality oversight, and continuous improvement. This role leads CNC machining operations, supports employee growth, manages resources, and collaborates with leadership to drive productivity, safety, and overall operational success.

This role is performed in a manufacturing environment that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling materials throughout the shift. The employee may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. The work area includes exposure to moving mechanical equipment, heat, vibration, noise, and airborne particles, consistent with CNC machining operations. The pay range for this position is $64480.00 - $81120.00/yr.
This is a fully onsite position in Watertown,SD.
