This position is based in a job shop environment with approximately 50 employees, producing parts for multiple industries including medical device, surgical instruments, diesel, automotive, and agricultural sectors. The role is on second shift, working four 10-hour shifts per week from late afternoon into the early morning hours, Monday through Thursday, with no overtime. You will work primarily on CNC turning and milling equipment, with most machines used for these operations being Mor Seiki and similar modern CNC platforms. The environment is a hands‑on, production‑focused machine shop where you will be on your feet for most of the shift, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and working around active machining centers, tooling, and inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, WI.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
This is a fully onsite position in Kenosha, WI.
