Job summary

Schneider Electric in Red Oak, Texas is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Modular Data Center assembly and integration lines, taking ownership alongside a crew of cell leads. You will direct and coordinate teams to deliver an integrated package scope including prefab enclosures.

You will drive safety, quality and productivity, develop employees' careers, and ensure alignment to Schneider Production Systems while complying with government

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to support the Secure Power Modular Data Center business.

This position is accountable for leading, Planning, Organizing, and directing all daily activities for mainly the installation & integration operations of Modular Data Centers.

This position is a working supervisor who will work side by side with their crew of cell leads. The individual in this position leads and manages the manufacturing team to deliver an Integrated Package scope of work including Prefab Enclosures.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
