Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Oxford, OH 45056

Duration: 3–6 months (Currently hiring a full-time supervisor; qualified contractors may be converted. Otherwise, the role is a 6-month contract until the position is filled.)

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Thurs)
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Mon–Thurs)
• Overtime possible based on production needs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production to meet cost, quality, and lead time goals.
• Manage a team of 25–30 employees in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate training needs and ensure employee development.
• Drive continuous improvement in industrial processes.
• Ensure a strong safety culture across the team.
• Lead performance management, goal setting, and team engagement.

Requirements

• Union experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
• Kronos/timekeeping system experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (required if converted to full-time).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and production systems.
