Job summary

EmployBridge Milwaukee is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production across die casting, central melt, machining and secondary operations. You will ensure production goals, quality standards, safety requirements and customer expectations are met while developing the production team.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in high-volume environments such as die casting, foundry or machining.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, quality systems and safety requirements.
• Experience monitoring and improving manufacturing KPIs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities across die casting, central melt, and machining operations.
• Ensure schedules, customer requirements, and daily output targets are met safely and efficiently.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, cycle times, scrap, downtime, and OEE.
• Provide oversight of high-pressure die casting cells and related equipment.
• Oversee safe operation of central melt and metal delivery processes.
• Supervise machining and secondary operations for finished components.
• Ensure machining cells meet quality, productivity, and cycle-time standards.
• Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
• Support employee development, coaching, and performance management.

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee daily production activities within die casting, central melt, machining, and secondary operations. This individual will ensure production goals, quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations are consistently met while leading and developing production team members.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities across die casting, central melt, and machining operations
• Ensure production schedules, customer requirements, and daily output targets are achieved safely and efficiently
• Monitor key manufacturing metrics including productivity, labor utilization, cycle times, scrap rates, downtime, and OEE
• Provide operational oversight of high-pressure die casting cells and associated equipment
• Oversee safe operation of central melt and metal delivery processes supporting production
• Supervise machining and secondary operations supporting finished cast components
• Ensure machining cells meet established quality, productivity, and cycle-time standards
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve operational issues
• Support employee development, coaching, and performance management efforts

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience within die casting, foundry, machining, automotive, or other high-volume manufacturing environments preferred
• Knowledge of production scheduling, quality systems, preventative maintenance programs, and workplace safety requirements
• Experience monitoring and improving manufacturing KPIs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Experience utilizing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to balance production floor leadership with administrative responsibilities
• Professional email communication and reporting skills
