We have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Supervisor in Lawrenceville, Ga. The Manufacturing Supervisor actively supervises and coordinates the activities of team workers engaged in production and oversees the daily production operations. This position ensures the health and safety of the team across shifts, establishes, and coordinates departmental activities to meet objectives in alignment with plant goals, and reports directly to the Production Manager. They are also responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise, provide technical expertise for complex issues, ensure effective, and efficient production flow.



Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities and provide guidance to the team.


• Ensure that health and safety regulations are always followed.


• Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement departmental strategies.


• Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.


• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.


• Check the quality of the products being produced to ensure they meet the required standards.


• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.


• Collaborate with other supervisors and staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.


• Elevated personnel issues must be managed in an appropriate and timely manner.


• Daily approvals and posting of labor in both ROI and D365 are necessary as well as the pay period time sheets.


• Manage 6S activities.

• ERP experience knowledge in D365 a plus

Education:

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.


• Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.


• Typically possesses 3-8 years of experience in a technical and/or manufacturing environment
