Cryopak is a provider of cold chain packaging solutions, specializing in temperature-controlled packaging for industries like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and food & beverage. We offer insulated shipping containers, temperature monitoring devices, and custom packaging solutions to ensure the safe transportation of sensitive goods.

Hours/Shift: 1st Shift from 6:00am – 2:30pm

Job Summary/Essential Job Functions

We seek a career-driven Manufacturing Production Supervisor with strong leadership qualities, a proactive approach, and growth potential. This role involves overseeing shift operations, achieving production targets, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with other departments.

1. Ensure correct operations, enter production data, and print sheets.
2. Provide materials and equipment to production personnel as per schedules.
3. Implement and train on standard operating procedures; ensure proper documentation.
4. Manage scheduling and workflow, using data to meet production goals.
5. Maintain and improve production efficiency, initiate continuous improvement projects.
6. Ensure maintenance of lines and minimize downtime.
7. Train new employees and ensure smooth production activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Forklift certification and ability to operate forklift
