We are looking for a hands‑on, motivated Second Shift Supervisor to lead production operations, support team development, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong teams, solving problems in real time, and creating a safe, productive workplace where people can succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support production teams across multiple areas during second shift operations
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and production schedules to maximize efficiency and quality
  • Drive performance in safety, productivity, quality, and on‑time delivery
  • Identify root causes of production issues and implement effective solutions
  • Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and teamwork
  • Partner with other departments to prevent delays and maintain workflow
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment
  • Conduct employee coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions when needed
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
  • Communicate clearly and proactively across departments and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
  • Experience supervising multiple departments or production areas simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop employees in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems/software
  • Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
