Job summary

L'Oréal USA offers a paid 11-week Manufacturing Summer Internship that places you in the day-to-day activities of a team while you lead your own strategic project. You will gain hands-on experience on the plant floor, with mentorship, professional development, and a path to potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Eligible students enrolled in a 4-year program, graduating between December 2027 and July 2028, in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 4-year college or university enrollment and expected graduation between December 2027 - July 2028.
• Major in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum GPA 3.5.
• Willing to relocate to any Kentucky USA-based office that has a summer internship opportunity, including Florence, KY.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on on the plant floor to bring iconic brands to life safely, sustainably, and efficiently.
• Assist in continuous improvement and quality initiatives across manufacturing areas.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and supply chain teams on projects and learning experiences.
