Job summary

Poka is seeking an Account Manager to drive adoption and ROI for manufacturing accounts in the United States. You will guide customers from early adoption through renewal and build strong relationships to apply Poka to CI and TPM initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in manufacturing with Lean, CI, or TPM knowledge, are comfortable with operational data, and possess strong English communication; French is a bonus.

Responsibilities
