Qualifications

10 years of related experience in Operations Engineering and Production.
Experience developing global end-to-end supply chain strategies.
5 years of increasing responsibility for project and/or people management.
Knowledge of Operations Engineering and End-to-End Supply Chain principles.
Proficient with MS Office and ERP platforms; CAD proficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a 5-year footprint roadmap for facilities.
Oversee capital projects with budgeting and sustainability focus.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and PM.
Monitor KPIs and drive cost reductions and productivity.
