Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of related Operations Engineering experience with global end-to-end supply chain strategies.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibility in project and people management across multiple technologies.
• Knowledge of Operations Engineering and End-to-End Supply Chain principles.
• Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3–5 year end-to-end supply chain strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and manage major strategic cost, quality, and delivery initiatives for competitive advantage.
• Oversee capital projects, budgeting, and future fiscal year planning.
• Coach and develop team members; drive performance and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, engineering, and senior leadership to align priorities.
