Job summary

Key duties include maintaining the corporate card program, reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts, posting journal entries, and providing AR/AP support as needed. The position offers an annual profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience or Associate’s degree in Accounting.
• 1-3 years accounting experience preferably in Manufacturing.
• Experience working with integrated manufacturing software a strong plus.
• Excellent written communication & organizational skills with ability to think outside the box.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong Excel skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with staff, colleagues and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Corporate Credit card program, conduct monthly audits and analyze spend.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, and bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Preparation and posting of standard and ad-hoc journal entries.
• Ability to backup AR/ AP functions as needed.
• Ability to help with Foreign entity Accounting as needed.
• Assist with month-end close and related special projects, as required.
