Responsibilities include journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and assisting audits. The role requires attention to detail, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• to 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory accounting and cost of goods sold analysis.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Support external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Prepare and post journal entries for month end close.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
