Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist with inventory accounting and COGS analysis.
• Prepare financial statements and schedules.
• Support external audits with documentation and explanations.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with budget prep and variance analysis.
• Post journal entries for month-end close.
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts.
