KeyTronic is seeking an accounting professional to support the Plant Controller by handling data entry and upkeep for analysis. This role emphasizes accuracy, schedule adherence, and collaboration within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Minimum qualifications include an Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience, and 1–3 years of accounting. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is required, with strong organizational and communication skills to support

Qualifications

• Associates degree with coursework in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• 1–3 years accounting experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to write and understand routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end closing and data accumulation for reports.
• Prepare routine journal entries each month.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly bank reconciliation.
• Assist with miscellaneous NRE invoicing and rebillable/tariff processes.
• Maintain month-end control logs and support audits.
