Numat Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for its production team in Chicago. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining safety compliance, and supporting product development in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and some manufacturing experience to join this innovative company.

Position Overview
As the Manufacturing Specialist, you will support the on-site production of Numat’s growingcommercial product lines that utilize its unique absorbents. You will be required to performmanufacturing tasks safely, efficiently, and in a manner consistent with Numat procedures. It willbe essential to communicate information effectively and professionally to your small and nimbleinternal teammates. Your attention to detail and willingness to change in a fast-movingenvironment is crucial to support the team’s mission of continuous improvement and customersatisfaction.
Core hours are weekdays, 7 AM – 3 PM. The position may require work on Saturday and/orSunday, holidays, and overtime.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce products safely, on time, and at target quality.
Support execution of supporting tasks that keep the business running.
Contribute to the continual improvement of manufacturing safety, quality and reliability.
