Job summary

Seco SOLVA is seeking a Project Engineer to drive end-to-end manufacturing projects from concept through industrialisation. You will combine machining expertise, digital engineering tools, and customer collaboration to define practical technical approaches, implement robust solutions, and create measurable value for customers and partners.

This role reports to the Regional Innovation Hub Manager. You will coordinate customers, sales teams, technical partners, and internal specialists, delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or related technical field.
• 5-7 years of experience in production or mechanical engineering, technical application support, industrial sales, or customer-facing project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and delivering solutions from concept through implementation.
• Experience with value-based or consultative selling, process development, CAD/CAM programming, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally; Agile/Lean Six Sigma advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing projects from concept to implementation, delivering quality solutions on time and within scope.
• Turn customer needs into practical machining, tooling, and execution strategies.
• Use CAD/CAM and simulation tools to optimise processes, proposals, validation, and project documentation.
• Coordinate customers, sales teams, technical partners, and internal specialists to meet objectives.
