Job summary

Tulip Interfaces in Somerville, MA is seeking a results‑driven professional to lead enterprise customer projects in manufacturing operations technology. This hybrid role collaborates with customers to architect and implement Tulip solutions across OT/IT stacks.

You will partner with clients from kickoff to delivery, driving on‑time, high‑quality outcomes, and building trusted relationships from the shop floor to the C‑suite. Travel up to 25% within North America is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in manufacturing, ops tech, or related field with customer-facing project leadership.
• Experience with MES/ERP systems; architecting/implementation a strong plus.
• Experience integrating OT/IT systems in manufacturing environments.
• Proven Lean/continuous improvement track record with shop-floor awareness.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and solution architecture.
• Work with customers and partners to develop, configure, and implement Tulip solutions.
• Deliver enterprise‑level projects from kickoff through delivery with high quality.
• Build trusted relationships from shop floor to C-suite.
• Provide ongoing technical support and drive issue resolution with urgency.
• Leverage OT/IT experience to guide complex implementation decisions.
• Represent customer voice internally to Product and Engineering.
• Contribute to internal processes and delivery playbooks.
