Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience in an applications engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience applying engineering principles to real-world manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for the sales team by understanding customer requirements and recommending solutions.
• Engage with customers to gather specifications and provide guidance on product capabilities.
• Develop customized solutions in collaboration with design and production teams.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical reports and product specs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and product enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
