Job summary

The role requires 1+ year of progressive Morgan experience or an Associate degree, plus travel ~25% to support other locations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training delivery in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Ability to coach and train others.
• Comfort with computer-based systems and learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members through hands-on sessions in production areas.
• Provide technical guidance on work orders, blueprints, and procedures.
• Assess progress using the Skills Matrix and identify growth opportunities.
• Reinforce safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices on the floor.
• Collect feedback to improve training programs and material.
• Collaborate with departments for training, orientation, and interviews; provide translation support as needed.
