Job summary

NanoXplore Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, drive month-end close and forecasting, and deliver timely IFRS financial reporting.

This role partners with the Director of Finance and the site Financial Operations Manager to translate financial performance into actionable insights and drive improvements on the Newton, North Carolina site. Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business; CPA preferred or in progress.
• Minimum 7 years progressive accounting experience, 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IFRS and internal-control frameworks (NI 52-109/SOX).
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/manufacturing accounting systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, Epicor).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• English written and verbal communication at a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements in compliance with IFRS and company policy.
• Own month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, provide variance analyses.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and capital project tracking.
• Maintain internal controls and assist with audits and government filings.
• Partner with site leadership to drive financial performance and process improvements.
