Job summary

Machine Solutions, Inc. in Flagstaff, Arizona is seeking an Operations Director & Site Leader to drive safety-first manufacturing excellence across the site. You will oversee Shop, Assembly, Procurement, Shipping, Planning and Inventory, reporting to the COO.

Lead Kaizen and critical design reviews with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and customer demands. The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing operations leadership, a strong Lean/Six Sigma mindset, and proven ability to balance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, manufacturing, or ops management.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Proven success leading production, quality, supply chain, inventory and warehouse functions.
• Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, RCCA, and continuous improvement methodologies knowledge.
• Strong OSHA/EHS compliance understanding and safety performance track record.
• Financial acumen with P&L management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing, warehouse, and operations activities at the Flagstaff site.
• Drive SQDCP metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People.
• Present site performance in Monthly Operations Reviews to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to meet objectives.
• Lead hiring, performance management, and employee relations in partnership with HR.
