Job summary

Isolatek International in Stanhope, NJ seeks a Shift Supervisor - Manufacturing to coordinate and supervise activities across the plant, warehouse, and maintenance teams. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, with shift schedules of 11am-8pm or 12 noon-9pm.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience and familiarity with industrial electrical and PLC systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and PLC controlled systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the activities and employees of the Manufacturing Plant, Warehouse Operations and Maintenance Department.
Establish and maintain a safe and efficient work environment and enforce safety and quality policies.
Schedule shift activities, start-ups, shutdowns and changeovers, and lead safety and quality meetings.
Maintain payroll, attendance and safety/training records, and publish production reports.
Direct maintenance staff in daily duties and support plant operations and process equipment.
Support planning and coordination of projects and contribute to process safety management.
