Job summary

Isolatek International, a leader in passive fire protection, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at its Stanhope, NJ headquarters. You will coordinate and supervise the Manufacturing Plant, Warehouse Operations and Maintenance, ensuring a safe, efficient workplace and enforcing company Safety, Quality, Operations and HR policies.

Shift times are 11 am–8 pm or 12 noon–9 pm. You will train personnel, manage line start-ups, safety and quality meetings, and oversee maintenance and inventory to

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and PLC controlled systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises Manufacturing Plant, Warehouse Operations and Maintenance staff.
• Establishes and maintains a safe and efficient work environment; enforces safety, quality, operations and HR policies.
• Plans shift start-ups/shutdowns and changeovers; conducts shift safety and quality meetings.
• Oversees payroll/attendance records and maintains safety and training records.
• Directs maintenance personnel in daily duties and preventive maintenance.
