Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Lead, motivate, select, train and instruct personnel.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills.
• ERP knowledge and ERP implementation experience.
• Knowledge of PDCA and root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence and lead others to results.
• Proficient with MS Office, pivot tables, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises up to 20 employees on the Production team.
• Approve timecards for hourly staff each payroll cycle.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity standards are met.
• Lead lean initiatives and MOS deployment.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, product management and customer support.
• Develop and sustain plant KPIs and equipment reliability.
• Coach and develop team members; manage performance and training.
