Qualifications

• Associates degree required
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• 5–7 years of experience within a manufacturing environment
• 3–5 years previous supervisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of the production floor, under the direction of the business unit manager and follow established procedures and approved processes
• Supervise departmental production operations
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental shift activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements, and deliver manufactured products in a timely fashion
• Monitor the condition of production equipment; coordinate repairs with maintenance technicians
• Complete and provide daily reports regarding Safety, Quality, product quantity and types
• Cooperating with HR and the production manager to train, monitor, develop and discipline team members
• Maintain a clean and organized production floor
• Accept and complete any other relevant tasks assigned by the Company.
