Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to plan, coordinate, and organize work activities and resources to meet cost, quality, and quantity specifications in our facility. You will ensure orders meet delivery dates and quality standards while upholding Weatherford's safety and policy requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising production staff, coordinating with multiple functions, interpreting blueprints, and driving continuous improvement through lean practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing sector.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in team handling.
• Prefer prior experience in oil & gas manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and organize work activities and resources for manufacturing.
• Ensure customer orders meet requirements, delivery dates, quality, and cost specs.
• Enforce Weatherford policies and safety standards across the shop floor.
• Supervise production staff and coordinate with other functions to meet production goals.
• Read and interpret specifications, blueprints, and production orders to guide operations.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and continuously seek efficiency improvements.
