Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Product Test & Calibration technician to set up, maintain, operate, test and inspect production equipment in compliance with FDA, GMPs and ISO 13485 standards.

You will help minimize scrap, provide process information to management, and assist with training to keep the production line efficient. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and working within safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year certificate from college or technical school (machinist, engineering technology); or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup various production machines and ancillary equipment according to procedures and product specifications using hand tools.
• Monitor machinery and process goals during shift and adjust as necessary.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or arrange for technical support.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Adhere to GMP, ISO 13485 and EHS rules and maintain safe work practices.
