Job summary

Ole Mexican Foods Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant for our Norcross, GA location. This onsite role supports monthly closings, inventory analysis, and financial planning in a manufacturing setting.

The position requires a strong background in general ledger and manufacturing cost accounting, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. A four-year accounting/finance degree and 8+ years of related experience are expected; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong general ledger accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with manufacturing cost accounting (WIP, BOMs).
• CPA is a plus; bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly close including inventory closings and variance analysis.
• Prepare journal entries and accruals for month-end close per GAAP.
• Coordinate fixed asset subledger closing and asset-related tasks.
• Provide analysis for auditors and support annual audit.
• Coordinate/valutate physical inventory counts and bank reconciliations.
• Handle intercompany invoicing and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze month-end financial statements (P&L, balance sheet).
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate across levels.
