The Business Segment Controller will serve as the site finance lead and strategic partner to the business unit manager, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with a manufacturing focus. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes product costing, inventory management, and working capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in progressive manufacturing accounting and finance.
• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and SOX 404.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close.
• Budgets & forecasts; analyze revenue, profitability, expenses, and working capital.
• Monitor KPIs; drive productivity and cost reduction.
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and cycle counts.
• Drive working capital improvements across AR, inventory, and AP.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and perform NPV analyses.
• Support audits and divisional reporting; ensure compliance.
