Job summary

Lilly Medicine Foundry is seeking a Manufacturing Scientist/Engineer – Technical Operations to support and execute shift operations, ensuring batch readiness, and providing technical oversight to routine production. The role integrates with Process Engineering, PTE, and PRD to bring new processes into the plant, including PHAs and start-up activities.

Initial site locations include Indianapolis/Carmel, with permanent operations at Lebanon, Indiana, and potential travel for cross-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in science, engineering, or technical field or HS Diploma/GED with 5+ years of directly applicable manufacturing experience pharmaceutical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor shift support for technical, training, and process support.
• Lead investigations and document results for safety and quality issues.
• Collaborate with PE, PTE, PRD, HSE, and QA to transfer processes to the Foundry.
