Job summary

CKD USA Corporation in Austin, TX is seeking a Product Scheduling Coordinator (FAI & RTM) to manage production timelines, material flow, and workflow schedules. You will bridge the manufacturing floor with supply chain, procurement, and customer service to ensure products are built, assembled, and delivered on time within resource limits.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP), Excel, and production planning tools is required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years in manufacturing, inventory control, or admin coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP), and production planning software.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, multitasking, and communication.
• Ability to read CAD/engineering drawings and Net Inspect.
• High school diploma; degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and RTM assessments per procedures.
• Track metrics to meet FAI/RTM load throughout the year.
• Maintain quality management systems to drive excellence.
• Lead process improvement efforts using quality methodologies.
• Coordinate schedules and update teams on delivery dates.
• Verify raw material stock with procurement and MRP.
• Build and maintain production schedules and assess resource availability.
• Adjust schedules when delays occur and communicate changes.
