Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Manufacturing Controller/Scheduler to develop, document, and manage milestone schedules for critical path construction projects. Collaborate with design, procurement, and project leads to implement activities across all construction facets.

Responsibilities include creating production schedules, coordinating with multiple departments, and generating progress reports. Strong emphasis on scheduling accuracy, ERP implementation, and MS Project/P6 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in construction or project management.
• Experience in scheduling analysis and/or project management is required.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, practices, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Create, document, monitor, and analyze schedules for manufacturing.
• Develop schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly productions based on forecasts and capacity.
• Coordinate with operations and purchasing to align schedules with production needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
• Compile reports on production progress, inventory levels, and production problems.
• Produce manpower tracking reports and look-aheads for planning.
• Lead scheduled meetings and integrate activities into the base schedule using critical path method.
