Job summary

ATZ Manufacturing, a family-owned manufacturing business in Minnesota, seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to expand sales across multiple product lines. You will lead inside and outside sales, develop new business, and train the existing sales team to meet growth objectives.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of increasing revenue, building customer relationships, and collaborating with executive leadership on sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in inside and outside sales activities to generate leads and close sales.
• Lead, train, coach, and support sales representatives across multiple product lines.
• Identify and pursue new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement sales strategies and achieve growth.
