Job summary

Super Radiator Coils is seeking a Safety Specialist based at our Phoenix facility (2610 S 21st St, Phoenix, AZ). You will promote a safe work environment, implement occupational safety programs, and ensure regulatory compliance across operations and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, risk assessments, safety training, and supporting emergency response. Prior manufacturing safety experience (1+ year), OSHA knowledge, and MS Office skills are required; travel

Qualifications

Industrial manufacturing environment requiring physical capabilities.
Minimum of 1 year of safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, and employee training.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Understanding of core Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local occupational safety regulations by assisting with maintaining compliance programs, procedures and required documentation.
Conduct routine inspections to identify safety risks and compliance gaps and monitoring corrective actions to ensure timely completion and effectiveness.
Identify workplace hazards and collaborate with management to implement corrective and preventative actions.
Participate in risk assessments, job hazard analysis (JHAs), and safety evaluations.
Provide safety coaching and guidance for team members through safety orientations, and ongoing safety trainings.
