WGNSTAR in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to support our growing manufacturing operations. The role focuses on safety audits, training, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead safety programs, prepare detailed reports, manage hazardous materials, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a safety role or related field such as Field Service or Equipment Safety.
  • Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, EHS, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, lab, cleanroom, or construction environments.
  • OSHA safety certifications and/or COHE/LOTO training.
  • Experience handling hazardous materials.
  • Strong ability to prepare and present safety reports.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct EHS audits and safety inspections at customer sites.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver EHS training to teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate EHS metrics and updates in meetings.
  • Prepare safety reports and manage hazardous materials handling.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on safety.
