Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years direct supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing or production experience required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• ISO 9001/14001 experience preferred.
• Experience coaching teams in continuous improvement preferred.
• Experience with standard work and ensuring standards maintained.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate compliance with safety, quality, productivity policies and procedures.
• Assign, supervise, motivate, and evaluate employee performance.
• Coordinate production and personnel scheduling with management.
• Maintain accurate production reports for raw, in-process, and finished goods.
• Keep written employee records including hours, attendance, and performance.
• Conduct facility inspections per laws and management requirements.
• Investigate undesired results concerning performance, safety, and quality.
• Lead orientation and training for new and existing employees.
