Job summary

Workspace Plus Inc. in Thorp, Wisconsin, is hiring a Safety Manager for a full-time role on the manufacturing floor. You will lead safety programs, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across the site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing safety, OSHA knowledge, incident investigations, and risk reduction, with strong leadership and collaboration with operations, maintenance, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of safety experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading incident investigations and corrective action.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR are preferred.
• CSP/ASP OHST certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead job safety analyses, risk assessments, and hazard identification processes.
• Own and maintain site safety programs (lockout/tagout, machine guarding, PPE, etc.).
• Investigate incidents with root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Monitor safety metrics and report to leadership with improvement plans.
• Lead emergency preparedness planning and drills.
